Reynolds: So, as far as this show man…is there anything we wanna tell people about it?
Griffin: Yep. It’s awesome!
Reynolds: (Laughing)
Griffin: …And it’s really exciting to be able to do what we do in our books, on stage.
Reynolds: Ah, right. For those who don’t know, we have worked really hard over the last four years to develop a collaboration style, indicative of who we are. This style, normally is translated into books, like the upcoming, “My Name is Jason. Mine Too.” set to be released in the Spring of 2009.
Griffin: Shameless plug. But yeah, so to take that “thing” we do, and put it on stage is really something to experience. I mean, it’s not often a painter, a poet, and a DJ (who prefers to call himself a Turntablist,) are all on stage telling a story.
Reynolds: Exactly. And the story being told, is, well, a story that almost everyone can relate to.
Griffin: Right. Just wanting to be who you are. The concept is simple.
Reynolds: But not so plain.
Griffin: Exactly.
Reynolds: You wanna talk a little about the part we come out and leotards and river dance?!
Griffin: Naw…can’t give away everything!
**Note: Join us afterwards for coffee, and meet and greet with the artists. There will also be an opportunity to participate in a silent auction of all pieces produced during the show. Pictured below, is a piece that was purchased at the last show.
